About the Position

We are looking for a Controller for a government agency!

The position includes the following tasks:

• conducting financial investigations, follow-ups, and analyses
• analysis of operational information and financial results
• compiling reports
• developing forecasts related to the operations
• creating guidelines for budget work
• conducting budget work and budget follow-up
• service function with a supportive and advisory role to management, working in relevant financial systems (e.g., Unit 4 ERP, Raindance, Visma, etc.)

Assignment Period and Scope:
The Controller position is a full-time consultancy assignment starting immediately as agreed. The end date of the consultancy assignment will be communicated during the process.

Requirements for the Position:

• high school or equivalent education
• completed training in the relevant field
• at least three (3) years of work experience as a controller
• good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• knowledge of analytical tools (e.g., QlikView, Insikt, and Power BI)
• knowledge of financial systems (e.g., Unit 4 ERP, Raindance, Visma, etc.)
• experience in government accounting
• ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious for the Position:

• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• University degree in economics
• Experience in project controlling and/or project follow-up
